Who are we?

 

Legal advice is provided by three people in the firm, any of whom may assist you. All work is overseen by Peter Cox.

Peter Cox LLM TEP

Peter qualified as a solicitor in 1990, soon to be followed by over 6 years as a full time carer. Upon returning to practice law he specialised in Wills, Inheritance Tax, Estate and Trusts Administration. A central role is to act as Attorney to manage assets and monies for clients. Specifically, Peter is frequently appointed by the Court of Protection to act as Deputy to protect assets of those people that have lost their mental capacity, often on a safe-guarding basis where previous financial abuse might have been suspected.

Julian Robinson – TEP

Julian qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and is the fourth generation of his family to become a solicitor.  He is a long-standing member of STEP (the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners).  Julian specialises in the preparation of Wills, Inheritance Tax issues, the Administration of Estates including; obtaining Grants of Probate and other Grants of Representation, advice regarding Powers of Attorney and various Trust matter among others.

Charlotte Reid BA

Charlotte qualified as a Solicitor in 2006. She joined Prospero to focus on the specialist areas of this firms work including Court of Protection and property sales.
