We only deal with legal aspects of the sale of property. We do not help people buy property or move house.
Fees are fixed as follows:-
- An abortive sale £110 plus VAT

VAT is added to these figures
Expenses typically are Land Registry copies £6 per title.
For leasehold properties, the landlord and managing agents frequently make transactional charges and these are not included in the fees of this firm.
If title to the property is not registered at the Land Registry, the fees quoted above will be increased by 10%.
